The storefronts may be closing, but I am still here and still available to help with questions about your purchases and the files you received from me.

If you have a question about a form you've purchased, please contact me and I'll get you taken care of.

If You Purchased Recently

If you purchased from me recently and then found that one of my older websites or storefronts was no longer available, please know that I am still here and ready to help.

If You Were Planning to Purchase

If you were planning to purchase one of my forms but did not get to it before a storefront closed, please contact me.

I may still be able to help, depending on what you need.

Before Using Any Form

Laws, regulations, agency requirements, and industry practices often change over time.

Please always make sure that forms you are using are appropriate for your current situation and that they comply with any current requirements that apply to you.

How to Reach Me

Please use the Contact Me page to reach me, or feel free to email me direct if you have my email address. I’ll respond as soon as I’m able, which is usually pretty quickly. 

If you know your order number, the email address you used when ordering, the exact name used, and/or approximately when you purchased it, please include that as well.

If you’re not sure whether I can help, please ask. I’d much rather you contact me than assume that I can't help.

The very reason I built these websites in the first place was because I had so much information to help other contractors (baptism by fire, for sure!).

Closing the storefronts does not mean I plan to stop helping out when I can. If you have a question, please reach out. If I can help, I most definitely will.
